QM Robotic Systems

QM Robotic Systems

QM Robotic Systems specialise in supplying turnkey robotic solutions for assembly, test, manipulation and production needs.

QM systems experience in Robotic systems spans a multitude of applications, manufacturers and industries. Having worked with all major robot manufacturers such as Yaskawa Motoman, ABB, Kuka, Kawasaki, Fanuc, Universal, Mitsubishi, Staubli, Natchi and many more.

We have robots in, but not limited to Automotive, Packaging, Defence, Food & Beverage, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Rail and Aerospace applications, meaning Robotic Systems have the knowledge and experience to support your bespoke robotic requirements, whatever the industry.

Our experience is not limited to just 6 axis industrial robots, we have worked on multiple applications with SCARA robots for high-speed mid-weight 4 axis applications, Delta robots, for high-speed low-weight applications, Cartesian coordinate robots for 3-axis gantry loading and unloading, Linear 7-axis industrial robots for production lines, collaborative Robotic Systems to interact safely with humans in a shared space and more.

QM Systems

QM systems have a hand selected team of nearly 60 permanent members of staff as well as key partnerships with supporting contract resource.
As part of our quotation process, our sales staff can run CAD simulations to prove out robotic reach studies and cycle times. Moving forwards with your project, our in-house Robotics team consists of dedicated, OEM trained Robot and PLC software programmers.
Typical robotic applications for QM Systems include:
• Collaborative robots
• Assembly robots
• Body-in-white
