QM Rail Systems

We are focused on delivering bespoke solutions to the rail systems industry. Whether the requirement be a simple tool or device for the handling or manipulation of track infrastructure like rails systems or sleepers through to highly complex production lines for manufacturing and testing Electronic Brake Controllers.

We work with a range of clients, including Network Rail Systems, LUL, Siemens rail, Knorr Bremse, Bombardier and many more, not to mention a whole range of equipment hire providers to provide end of arm equipment for manipulation of heavy infrastructure. For a range of our products we are Network Rail and London Underground approved.

Our current staffing infrastructure at Directech QM-Systems is designed with company growth in mind. We believe that our current staffing levels will allow us to grow the business by 50% with minimal resourcing requirements. This demonstrates our commitment to delivering projects on time and on budget. Many of our competitors have significantly lower staffing levels or rely on contractors, which can have a negative effect on project deliverables, the technical solution, as well as impacting costs and timeframes.

Directech QM-Systems can provide a full turnkey solution for all your automation requirements.

We believe that using individual none tested contractors can apply risk to both to Directech QM-Systems but more importantly to our clients and this is something that is not acceptable. All our minimal contract resource is conducted through specialist partners who we have worked with Directech QM-Systems for extended periods of time, following QM systems standards and procedures to ensure that we have consistency throughout all projects. This means that on the odd occasion require additional contract resource it can be blended with our substantial in house team to provide a seamless deliverable.

The benefit this provides for our customers is that multiple projects of varying scales can be undertaken at the same time in house with a further extension of proven contract resource when required. This gives our customers the reassurance that the projects will be delivered on time and to budget.
