QM Automated solutions

QM Automated Solutions are leaders in the creation of innovative, leading edge bespoke assembly systems for all automated assembly processes.

QM Systems have expertise in supplying bespoke automation ranging from fully integrated production lines to manual assembly fixtures with poka-yoke devices. We supply solutions to a variety of sectors such as Medical Devices, Food and Beverage, Marine, Automotive, Areospace, Waste Management, Construction, Renewable Energy, Cosmetics. Our particular expertise in aerospace engineering assembly allows us to bring rigorous project management and documentation procedures to the creation of all assembly systems.
Our Automated Systems can take many forms and are often a combination of automated and manual assembly systems combined with robotics. QM Systems have expertise in rotary table systems, automated palletised systems, manual palletised systems, walking-beam assembly systems, carousel systems and combinations of these often used in parallel with robotics to produce cost-effective customer orientated solutions.
QM systems start the journey by understanding and often developing the customer process, providing a process driven solution using computer simulation techniques to demonstrate process viability. Once the process is defined, a conceptual solution is developed incorporating the latest technologies.

QM Systems

Our complete custom turnkey solutions include requirements capture, design, manufacture, supply, commissioning and ongoing maintenance and support. We are a true one-stop-shop from project conception through to completion.
From automated assembly aids through to complex robotic assembly and inspection lines, our automated assembly systems have been extensively deployed in both high volume and low volume industries, often assembling very intricate or complex components.
Many of our personnel have tier one client-side experience.  As a result, we understand that you need the most economic solutions throughout the life cycle of your automated assembly system.
All of our projects are closely project managed to ensure time and time again we deliver a solution that is reliable and delivered on time.
