We offer a Gold, Silver and Bronze service plans. Each have a specific structure, but are tailored to suit your requirements, such as shift patterns and response times:

  • Gold – Covers all shift patterns and all labour. Fast response times.
  • Silver – Covers all shift patters but not labour. Fast response times.
  • Bronze – Covers defined shifts, excludes labour. Defined response times.
