We are very excited to share our first set of 3D printed nests and anvil designed to handle different hooks of one of our current programs. These hooks are ultrasonically sprayed on a polypropylene material as part of the process of assembling a medical curtain.
We print these 3D parts to perfect their geometry to save time and cost, as the nest and anvil will be made of the most expensive, stainless steel. We have used a photopolymer washable resin due to its high quality finish and the cleaning process after easy printing.
