A current project, our 10 station Q-MAC 1 (Multi-motion Assembly Carousel) manual track for the automotive industry is nearing completion.
This carousel is used for as a production line and is PLC and RFID controlled, each station equipped with automatic interlocking and has a total load capacity of 400kg.
The Q-MAC range from Directech QM-Systems can be configured to suit individual requirements for layout, number of stations and tooling/assembly integration.
