A 30 meter long, 30 station Q-MAC 3 (Multi-motion Assembly Carousel) has successfully been installed at our customer’s facility.
This Q-MAC 3 uses our G2 Gimbalator to meet our customers’ requirement of a flexible, variable-indexing production line.
The G2 Gimbalator has a universal mount allowing custom fixturing to be used. Products weighing up to 100kg can be manipulated across many angles, allowing operators to work safely and ergonomically.
