We always strive to use the latest and most innovative products amongst our systems, all of which are designed and manufactured on site at in Worcester, West Midlands.
Recently completed is this assembly and inspection cell for an Automotive customer, providing them with an efficient solution to quality component production.
On the assembly side of the cell there is a TOX® PRESSOTECHNIK GmbH & Co. KG force and distance press, a lubrication system from DOPAG – Metering and Mixing Technology and vision inspection from KEYENCE CORPORATION.
On the test side, a pressure decay test from Furness Controls and a Telesis Technologies, Inc. dot peen completes the system, taking components to produce a complete and validated part within one cell.
